I think flowers hold onto memories in a way nothing else really can.

A certain scent, a color, even the way a stem bends can give you memories for a lifetime.

For me, it’s always been the soft, fleeting blooms, like the peonies from my grandmother’s garden that only lasted a week or two I remember from my childhood.

These days, I grow flowers in my garden here in Columbus, tucked into whatever space I can find. It’s not a big farm anymore, but I can’t seem to stop growing.

Mossy Acres started as a flower farm, and even though things look different now, the heart of it hasn’t changed. I’m still drawn to the same thing: seasonal flowers that feel alive, a little whimsical, and full of movement. I have been growing flowers for production since 2019.

My mission with Mossy Acres is to grow all the beautiful, nostalgic flowers of your childhood because I know how much happiness those memories bring.
